True first British printing with original unclipped (priced to spine) jacket (7/6). Jacket designed by Vanessa Bell. Jacket has faults - namely edge/shelf wear, numerous old browned tape repairs/reinforcements to reverse (white side), a little patchy loss (mainly to head/tail of spine and to corners), few tears (largest approx. 2cms), creasing/rubbing to edges, mild foxing, pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine, numerous marks, pushing/bumping to corners, patchy browning (including to spine), mild foxing/browning/rubbing/creasing to front/back inner flaps, is a little fragile and is in only fair condition. Boards are very good (having been generally well protected by the jacket) with minor pushing/bumping to corners, patchy browning (including to spine), few marks, the odd small bump/rub to edges, a little patchy grubbiness and minor pushing/rubbing/bumping to head/tail of spine. Pages are generally clean and the binding is tight. Inside boards/end-papers tanned with the odd small mark/mild foxing. Pages bit tanned. Previous owner's name in pen to top of half-title page. Odd small marks/minor foxing to page edges, tops and bottoms. Occasional small mark/spots of foxing to pages. No other faults. All books described honestly and accurately. Paypal accepted.
