About this Item

First edition thus. 14 pp. A disbound tract with woodcut device on title page. An account of a defensive treaty between the Great Britain and the States General of the Netherlands. Text in French. The covers are a little darkened to the edges, but internally reasonably clean. There is a light water stain to the work in parts (all still legible). This has "num. 36" printed to the title page, and would appear to come originally from a bound collection of Dutch treaties of the period. Pages have separated from their text block. We have been unable to find this text on WorldCat / FirstSearch and no copies for sale at the time of cataloguing. 14 [ii] pages. 195 by 150mm (7� by 6 inches). .
