Extensively illustrated with real black & white photographs throughout the 192 pages, with Index & Bibliography in rear. Oversized hardcover with decorative black paper over boards lettered in gray & white (we are also offering the red/white/black cover version that lists the contents on front) is in Near Fine condition (just removed from our personal shelves where it has been since ordered Brand New): completely clean, binding straight & strong, pages creamy white & unmarked. Only flaw is light scratching to rear board & very slight rubbing to extremities from shelves. No DJ as issued (these never came with them). Our photos depict the exact book you will receive, never "stock" images of books we don't actually have! Same Day Shipping on orders received Weekdays before 2 pm (Pacific time); later orders, weekends, & holidays ship very next business day.
