Two signed typed letters and one signed authograph letter from Len Deighton to Liz and Derek Jewell. Jewell [1927 1985] was a writer, broadcaster, critic and publishing director of Time Newspapers. Deighton was a friend and they socialised regularly. The autograph letter relates to an advert that Deighton was proposing to write for American Express. Further details upon request.
