First edition. 45pp. Owners neatly penned name on front fly ("John Finch"), crown of spine is moderately faded, else a near fine copy in very good age-toned dust jacket with spine worn and a bit chipped, faint stain at crown of spine (primarily visible on verso). "Here is a vast kingdom, vivid with color and image and vitality. Here is the lyrical simplicity and charm we have come to expect from Padraic Colum" (from the dust jacket). Advance Review Copy with publisher's slip laid in.
