First edition, tall 8vo, pp. [4], ii, [4], 333, [1]; ads on rear endpapers; errata slip tipped in at p. 95; large folding map of the Malay Archipelago printed in color (loose, but present), and 30 plates (1 loose but present), largely from photographs; original limp gray cloth lettered in white on upper cover; ex-Purdue Library with bookplate marked withdrawn, perforated stamp on title page, and accession numbers at base of spine; good and sound. Printed in Dutch and English, the yearbook details the whole spectrum of the Netherlands East Indies economy, compiled by the 'Sub-Department on Industry and Commerce' of the Department of Agriculture, Industry and Commerce at Buitenzorg, Java by request of the Dutch East Indian Government.
