Joseph Valles - Books has been selling rare and collectible books and ephemera since 1970, initially by mail order listings in AB Bookman's Weekly while based in Decatur, Georgia, then in Athens, Georgia and finally in Stockbridge, Georgia near the Atlanta Airport. Working knowledge of English, Latin, Spanish, German, French, Russian, Japanese and Chinese aids in assembling a wide-ranging collection of scarce and interesting materials in diverse subjects offered for sale. The firm has also published limited edition items under the name Assisi Gardens Books.
