Leslie & I are retired teachers and have been selling on AbeBooks since 1999, making this our 23rd year on the site. We go the extra mile to keep our customers happy and as proof; check out our stellar customer fulfillment rating. We use a solvent/thinner to sanitize and remove sticker residue and grease stains from book covers. We also take the time and expense of covering all books (with dust jackets) in new archival-quality, removable 1.5 mil Mylar plastic covers. All books are stored in climate-controlled conditions and shipped in sealed plastic protection. We promptly mail our books in bubble-wrap and placed in high-quality, sturdy Jiffy Rigi Bag-brand cardboard envelopes. We make every effort to exceed our customers' expectations.
