Publisher's green cloth, covers framed in blind, front covers with gilt-stamped vignettes, spines gilt-stamped, with binders' stamp of Colton & Jenkins discernable; cloth worn over corners and edges and starting to split over spine extremities, spines sunned, with gilt very much dimmed. Endpapers, fly-leaves, title-pages, and several other pages pressure- or ink-stamped by a private collector, with one plate pressure-stamped and one ink-stamped; front fly-leaves with institutional bookplates.
