All books are first editions unless otherwise noted. Payment with
order. We ship by UPS, $7.00 for one book, $1.00 for each additional
book. Foreign orders by priority mail unless otherwise requested. Foreign
postage calculated based on cost. Illinois residents must add 10.25%
