Nice condition bound volume of 33 issues of "LIFE MAGAZINE" from September 15, 1888 to May 4, 1899. Included is the March, 1899 "Easter Number" with color front and back covers. There are references to and illustrations of THEODORE ROOSEVELT, as well as an advertisement for his work "Rough Riders." All issues have their front and back covers and contain illustrations throughout (including illustrated advertisements). The following 33 issues are included: 1898 September - 15. October - 6, 13, 20, 27. November - 3, 10, 17, 24. December - 1, 8, 15, 22, 29. 1898 January - 5, 12, 19, 26. February - 2, 9, 16, 23. March - 2, 9, 16, 23, Easter Number, 30. April - 6, 13, 20, 27. May - 4. Condition: Light foxing to the cloth on the covers and spine. There are a couple tiny, dark stains on the front and back covers. Sharp cover corners. Tight binding with no cracks and no loose pages. The issues are in nice condition with no notable issues found. "Sample Copy" is stamped in ink at the top-right front cover corner of the 1st issue. Name written in pencil on front end paper. Light foxing to the end papers and pastedowns. The letters "IF" in the word "LIFE" have faded on spine label. Overall the volume is in Very Good condition.
