116 pages inc wrappers, art drawn cover by John Falter. Part 1 of Mary R. Rinehart's "The Yellow Room" + Part 5 of 8 of Charlotte Armstrong's "The Unsuspected", also the rare short story "Miss Emmeline Takes Off" by Walter Rollin Brooks (Later inc in Alfred Hitchcock's "Ghostly Gallery" 1962). Mr Brooks created the "Mr Ed, talking horse. + other stories and articles, all illustrated, lots of colour adverts, inc futuristic road and cars advert for "Firestone". Covers loose and some old water marks to the early pages, light but noticeable, wrappers holed near staples and old paper label on top edge of cover, Good only. Folio.

We have been operating on and off since 1977 and our stock is varied, leaning towards antiquarian and 19th century with the addition of original aquatint and lithographic, or woodcut engravings. Also maps and Ephemera - in fact, anything interesting on paper really. We have in stock every item we list. We do not use stock photographs, but photograph each item individually. We very rarely use "fine" or "mint" as a description, mainly due to the age and the fact that 99.9% of what we sell has been pre-owned and therefor Fine would not be a term for a book we sell despite its fine-like appearance. We always take items back unreservedly if not in the condition as described. We always try to describe fully.
