Dominion of Canada.(Old Maps, 19th Century Maps, Americana, North America, Canada, Maritimes, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Quebec, Ontario). Issued c. 1868, United States.(two sided map, reverse is a map on one panel sheet) Mid 19th century lithographed map with original hand color. Large inset of Nova Scotia and a smaller one lower right of Newfoundland. On the reverse of one side is a "Map of North America" which has "Gold Region" boldly labelled within California as well as another "Gold Region" along the Rocky Mts. near Wyoming/ Idaho. Original center fold as issued. Several minor edge splits closed with tape or archival tape, scarcely worthy of mention. Sheet Measures c. 11 3/4" H x 18 1/4" W. Printed Area Measures c. 10 1/2" H x 17" W.[R32596].
