This is a lots of four 8-1/2" x 11" press releases related to the the 1933-34 World's FAir. They are undated, but contemporary to the fair. Mimeographed sheets, on standard thickness paper. Publisher variously identified as the Publication DIvision, Promotion Department, or the Press Division. Text on one side of each sheet. 1) 7 sheets; No title, but a description of the fair and event. 2) 4 sheets; Entitled 'History', and describes the history behind the creation of the fair. 3) 2 sheets; Entitled 'Cost', and describes a breakdown of , money spent at the fair. 4) 16 sheets; no title, but talks about the transportation exhibits and displays at the fair. Also included are a single sheet breakdown of the costs to create the various buildings and the grounds of the fair. Also includes a small pamphlet entitled 'All Summer Long Enjoy Chicago and the Fair'. This pamphlet is dated 1934. And is a single folded sheet. The press releases are all stapled at the top left, and are a bit age-toned. A bit of edgewear, and a couple small chips at the edges. The single cost sheet has a paper-clip impression at the top edge. The pamphlet has some soil on the rear panel, and a bit of light creasing. ; 28C; 11" x 8-1/2".
