About the Author:
Katherine Tegen decorates all of the rooms in her house every Halloween for the most monstrous of parties. Ms. Tegen has written several children's books under various pen names, and is also a children's book editor. She recently wrote Dracula and Frankenstein Are Friends. She lives with her family in New York City.

PreSchool-Grade 2-When shy Frankenstein decides to have a Halloween party, tricky Dracula jumps on the idea and declares he'll have one as well. When Dracula glimpses his friend waiting patiently for guests who will never arrive, he has an abrupt change of heart and takes the party next door.
