G. Richard Shell is the Thomas Gerrity Professor of Legal Studies, Business Ethics, and Management at the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania. He is an award-winning teacher and directs Wharton's Executive Negotiation Workshop and Strategic Persuasion Workshop.
