About the Author:

Mahadeo Jaiswal Ph D., is presently Professor of Information Technology Management at Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and has over a decade of experience in teaching management information systems at the postgraduate level and in executive development and training programmes. A visiting faculty at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and IIM, Indore, he has published three books and several research papers.
Monika Mital is a faculty at the Jaipuria Institute of Management Studies, Lucknow, and has seven years teaching experience in information systems. She also conducts online training courses for managers on e-commerce and security issues.
