Synopsis
Twelve-year-old Julie believes there's a monster in Owen Sound's harbour.
As her family is getting ready for the big fishing derby, they keep telling her to forget the silly stories she's heard. They think there's no such thing as the Owen Sound Serpent.
But Julie isn't so sure.
When they get to the harbour, Julie's mom and little brother see things that make them ask, "What's that in the water?"
