The Conference was opened with the usual exercises of a prayer and experience meeting, conducted by Rev. William N. Williams.
At Bishop Wiley took the chair, and the names of those absent yesterday were called. The Journal of yesterday was read and approved.
Prayer was offered by the Conference for brother Nichols, of Laurel Circuit, who is dangerously sick.
George H. Dart was excused as Recording Secretary, and D. J. Starr was elected to that office.
W. Herr moved that the Bible collections be put in our Minutes.
