Alain Favrod is a retired Professor from the Department of French Studies at York University.
Louise Morrison is an Associate Lecturer in the Department of French Studies at York University. Her areas of interest include linguistics applied to the teaching of French as a second language and the development of instructional materials for second language acquisition. Her research focuses on lexical acquisition and the application of psychology to the act of reading of first and second languages.
