About the Author:

Dr. Melicher grew up in the St. Louis Missouri area and earned three degrees from Washington University in St. Louis including his M.B.A.and D.B.A. He joined the Finance Faculty at the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1969. Dr. Melicher currently serves as the Chair of the Finance Division in the College of Business and holds the titles W.H. Baughn Distinguished Scholar and President's Teaching Scholar.
