Knopf & Will, Jan 9, 1973, Warren Chappell" in which he has added to text to the original dedication. Loosely inserted in this copy is a T.L.s. from a collector to Terry Belanger who has annotated the letter asking him the location of the original manuscript of this book as he thinks there is an error in the very last paragraph of the book.
