About the Author:

Linda Ross lives in Morristown, New Jersey, where she works from her home as a writer, editor, and consultant for educational publishing companies. One of her favorite things is writing poems, and it probably goes back to when she was a fourth grader and had her first poem published in the school newspaper! Before beginning a career in publishing more than twenty years ago, Linda taught elementary school. She considers her teaching experience to be an important foundation for the work she's done since. When Linda isn¹t working on publishing projects, she enjoys seeing movies and plays with friends, taking yoga classes, skiing, and reading other people's poems.
