About the Author:

MICHAEL HUGOS is an author, speaker and principal at Center for Systems Innovation [c4si]. Prior to that he was the chief information officer of a distribution cooperative that served customers across North America and Europe. He designed and developed a suite of supply chain applications that transformed the company's organization and revenue structure. His work won the CIO 100 Award and the Premier 100 Award. He earned his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and is author of several other books including Business Agility and Business in the Cloud, both from Wiley.
