Bruce Baldwin has been teaching at Arizona State University since 1980 and was the Accounting Program Director from 1989-1994. Before coming to Arizona State he taught at Portland State University the University of Alabama the University of Texas Austin and Linfield College. He obtained his Ph.D. in Accounting from Arizona State University in 1979. Professor BaldwinUs teaching interests include financial accounting and reporting intermediate accounting financial and managerial accounting and accounting theory. He is a member of the Certification Advisory Committee of the Arizona State Board of Accountancy and is also an associate editor for the British journal Accounting Education. He has won many awards over the years including the Wantland Outstanding Professor Award form Portland State University in 1988.
