From the Inside Flap:
After Aubrey wakes, bringing an object from his dreams back with him, he begins a chain reaction which plunges him into a bitter cycle of reincarnation and revenge. Only by discovering his own hidden abilities, and enlisting the aid of a tormented hunter from the past named Brennan, can Aubrey save himself and the world he knows.

Their enemy is a powerful, amoral villain called Dane, who can twist the very Threads of life. He plans to mold reality into his own vision. Brennan has chased him through numerous lifetimes, stopping him each time. But in this place his abilities have failed him and he cannot find Dane.

Together Aubrey and Brennan must battle an unrelenting series of terrors through the barriers between dreams and waking, searching for a man always one step ahead, who will complete his plan in only twenty-four hours.

Their lone clue to finding Dane lies in unraveling the mystery of three friends bound together by love, betrayal, and the pulse of Fate, and in doing so find Danes lost love, a woman thought long dead. Somewhere, trapped in a nautilus-like House, she is the only person their enemy fears. The beautiful but ruthless woman named Camille.

About the Author:
I started my career as an artist, and still consider myself one as much as I am a writer. I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Center for Creative Studies. My first published work was a childrens book called Sandwise and Thibble which I also illustrated. Like my artwork my writing is based on dreams, myths, and metaphysics. Waltzing At Midnight explores the world of dreams and hypothesizes about where our dreams come from and why we have them.

Waltzing At Midnight is at heart a suspenseful mystery, as well as a fantasy novel, or what I like to call hard-boiled fantasy, due to the lack of most of the warm and fuzzyness of standard fantasy. Different from other books in its genre it is an extremely believable story which takes place on an ordinary canvas, in the everyday world. The fantastic elements are mixed smoothly with facts, and are presented in such a way as to give strength and body to the story. All the old stereotypes are turned upside down.

Waltzing At Midnight delivers non-stop action which weaves through a tense and richly detailed plot. The novel thoughtfully explores ideas and theories which are both interesting and thought provoking. In it are characters and action sure to satisfy even the most jaded fiction reader. But dont take my word for it.
