About this title

About the Author:

Henry Bradford worked in the Port of London for 32 years; his father was a docker before him. After sustaining serious injuries in an accident at work, Henry attended night school to gain some academic qualifications, and later studied at the London School of Economics. He is the author of Tales of London's Docklands.
