About the Author:
Fredric T. Schneider is on the board of directors of the Japanese Art Society of America and has lectured on Japanese art at numerous universities, museums and other venues in America, Asia and Europe. A former corporate lawyer, investment banker and investor, his recent studies have focused primarily on Japanese cloisonne enamels and he has developed a scholarly collection intended to exemplify the art's history, quality, breadth, and beauty.
