About the Author:

Gods and Heroes of Ancient Greece was created by the late Robert A. Brooks, who received his Ph.D. in classical philology from Harvard University. After enjoying a distinguished career as a classicist, Brooks served as a logistics analyst under President Lyndon Johnson before being appointed to the Smithsonian.
