Jeanne Dobie is a nationally recognized artist. Known for her fresh approach to color and design, she has conducted workshops throughout the United States and Europe. Dobie is listed in Who’s Who in American Art and is an elected member of both the American Watercolor Society and the National Watercolor Society.
