Everyone said that our second book would be about what it is like to write a book with your mother/daughter. We are happy to report that we are still on speaking terms and have enjoyed this time to work together as professionals. We have always been close, but working together on this book took that closeness to a whole new level. We now look forward to future collaborations as a mother-daughter team.

We wrote this book for women of all ages who seek to understand the impact their personal development has had on their professional life. Winning Roles for Career-Minded Women identifies the developmental and organizational issues that effect women, providing suggestions and exercises to help them find solutions. We believe that most professional books for women tell the reader how to change in order to fit in at work. These books do not speak to innate strengths nor do they value the reader as an individual.
