Jim and Ken have co-written several books including Aunt Bee's Mayberry Cookbook, The All-American Cowboy Cookbook, and Mary Ann's Gilligan's Island Cookbook. Penny Parsons is a well-known bluegrass journalist and publicist who has worked for artists on the Sugar Hill and Rebel record labels. Jim and Ken live near Nashville, Tennessee. Penny lives in Durham, North Carolina.
