One of a limited of 500 copies, signed by both author Garton and illustrator Potter at colophon; this one marked 'pc' (publisher's copy). Illus bookplate verso front free endpaper reveals this copy to be from the library of Stanley Wiater, three time winner of the Bram Stoker Award, author, television host; title page bears a red ink inscription (likely Wiater's) with an arrow pointing to Potter's name, "who gave me this." An association copy of erotic horror. CONDITION NOTES: Very good with VG slipcase, some rubbing apparent to the case.
