Timothy W. Frost is a consultant to the motorsports industry. He has provided advisory services to race tracks, teams, drivers, sanctioning bodies and industry participants. Allan E. Brown has been attending auto racing for over 50 years. He has visited over 2,000 racing facilities. He has received the RPM Promoters Workshops prestigous Stew Reamer Award for lifetime service to the weekly auto racing industry.
