This text is therefore quite comprehensive until the First World War, but after the Second World War very little is mentioned of the seniors beyond our sharing the same headmaster, Mr Unmack, from 1937 until 1965. The story stops at 1982, partly because it is difficult to find former pupils under the age of 50 with time to contribute and partly because nothing later is yet old- fashioned. I would hope that whomsoever will one day gather Junior School memories to take this project further will find more pupils than I born after 1960 with time to write and compare their experiences to these. One problem is that alumni might not realise something was new just months before they joined the school and therefore think it has been mentioned by an older alumnus. This is why there is no recollection of such topics as the Rosslyn Park VII teams that Mr Trafford introduced and accommo- dated in Barnes in the 1970s, so await the ne.
