About the Author:
Alex Gabbard is an atomic scientist at a national laboratory, and an international award winning writer, photographer and poet with three decades of books, magazines, and newspaper features on a broad range of topics. Two of his highly popular books received "Book of the Year" honors in their field. His work spans fiction, non-fiction, poetry, art and photography widely published in newspapers, periodicals, and books.
