About the Author:

Chef John Nowakowski started cooking at the age of fifteen in his hometown of Baltimore, Md. He was the youngest Executive Chef in the history of Marriott Hotels. After a stellar career with Marriott and training in southern France with Roger Verge, the father of nouvelle cuisine, Chef John began the voyage of heart healthy cooking. First with the world reknown Trusthouse House Forte Corporation and culminating in the last several years at the famous Regency House Health Spa. Also featured in the Miami Herald and Ft.
