Review:
SOMETHING WICKED IN THE AIR continues the adventures of Caroline Rhodes, RN, and Professor of History Carl Atwater, a pair of amateur sleuths described as "absolutely charming" by Linda Hurst of Under the Covers Book Reviews. First featured in A DEADLY LITTLE CHRISTMAS, a book described as "A gem of a novel" by Harriet Klausner of Painted Rock Reviews, Caroline and Carl are drawn into another puzzling investigation when Bruck University's eccentric Professor Andrew Littlewort becomes the prime suspect in a murder case. Up to their ears in 18th century antiques, Viking rune stones, and illegal gambling, Caroline and Carl try to salvage both the reputation of Professor Littlewort and Bruck University while ensuring that the college's annual Renaissance Faire, the Festival of Knights, goes off without a hitch. -- Publisher Comments
