In 1985 she traded the high-pressure financial world of big business for the chance to turn her hobby of paper tole into a viable business enterprise. She immediately saw the potential of the Internet and created an extensive web site to promote her paper tole business, The Tole Way.
In Commerce, Texas, Ms. Overduin operated a storefront in a local mall. She also graduated with an MBA from Texas A & M University there, and studied Spanish by attending Spanish Language Schools in Spain.
She has taught paper tole to hundreds of students over the past 15 years, and her web site generates business from all over the world.
