Knight, Debra Hopkins, Valerie Vadala Homer is the complex artist's book / exhibition catalog for 2001 exhibition at the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art. The book is divided into 4 sections each housed in a die cut envelope ( signed on a loose sheet in the first section) that opens from the top and contains an essay and several color photographs of Turrell's work. The foUr envelopes fold into a traditional codex hardcover book that is housed in a slipcase. Very high production values. Opened, the book is about 45" x 11 1/4". Book Description Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition, Signed, Limited. First edition, cased-bound book with four die-cut envelopes containing accordion folded essays and color plates of some of Turrell's work (four folded booklets and 14 plates total). This publication was produced to accompany the exhibition of the same title, and is signed by Turrell on the front of the bookelt containing the introductory essay/acknowledgments. The envelopes and their contents are in Near Fine condition with a touch of wear to the corners of some of the plates, and a hint of mild wear to the edges of the booklets. The case is in Very Good+ condition and has mild wear to the spine ends and cover corners, a hint of sunning to the spine, and some faint rubbing to the covers. The slipcase is also in Very Good+ condition with areas of light rubbing, and some shelfwear to the corners and edges. Additional images are available upon request. Seller Inventory # 106980
