He is Vice President of People First Group, an organizational development firm and President of Counseling Center for Contemporary Living. He is the founder of Solution Focus Consulting and specializes in executive coaching, achieving personal excellence, team building and sales maximization. Ron has taught a variety of courses for various colleges and universities. His academic degrees are numerous including an M.A. in marketing, an M.S. and Ph.D. in organizational and family systems.
