Chief Engineer of a high tech Silicon Valley company, a wonderful wife, beautiful children and an alternative lifestyle. It looked good. It should have worked. It did not. In the midst of deep emotional crisis, the author began to hear a clear inner voice talking about a different way to be in the world. How to move from self-centered to centered-self, the difference between fear based thinking and the wisdom of Silent Mind, the promise of unreasonable joy . Part autobiography, part insight and part how to , this book will introduce you to a new life paradigm.

From the Author:
I did not start out with the intention of writing a “self help” book. Personal crisis caused me to embark on a quest for a life with meaning. I began to write as a way of “listening” to whatever Universal wisdom might be available. This book evolved over the next two years. The concepts are deceptively simple but, when taken as a whole, very powerful.

I wrote this book before I knew what it meant and spent the next ten years learning to live it. It has dramatically altered my life, and I hope it will be of help to others engaged in the process of change.

About the Author:
The author holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and was Vice President and Chief Engineer of Stanford Telecommunications, Inc., a Silicon Valley electronics company, until its sale in 1999. He currently facilitates workshops that emphasize movement, creativity, and self discovery. This is his first book.
