About the Author:

Pat McDonnell is a retired partner and former Global Director of Assurance Services for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Prior to that, he was the Vice Chairman of Business Assurance for Coopers & Lybrand. He now leads and advises companies in need of change. He sits on the audit committees of two companies and is an adjunct professor at The Lake Forest Graduate School of Management where he teaches Leading Organizational Change. He is a former Marine officer with a BA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
