About the Author:

Jarrett took to writing children's stories while attending graduate school. He received his Ph.D. in Higher Education and began teaching at Seattle Pacific University. Jarrett has always enjoyed writing and recently accepted the challenge to pursue this passion on a full-time basis. Alley the Cat is his first published story. He is planning on many more titles to come. Jarrett is happily married to his wife, Angie Mentink, who is a television anchor for Fox Sports Net. The couple resides in Kirkland, Washington.
