About the Author:
Judith Rogala was a leader in the early development of FedEx, managing 20,000 people throughout the world. Her career has been devoted to startups and turnarounds for some of the nation's best known Fortune 500 companies. Currently she consults in the area of ethical business leadership and is associated with The Catapult Factor, a training organization that uses mountain climbing as a life-changing means to expand individual, professional and team boundaries.

Carol Orsborn is author of 10 books on applications of values in life and work. Her doctorate from Vanderbilt is in the history and critical theory of religion with emphasis on values formation.
