About the Author:

Nadia Natali, author and designer of Cooking Off the Grid, r eceived her MA in dance therapy from Hunter College in New York, and has studied a various somatic disciplines, including craniosacral, pre and perinatal and trauma therapies. She is currently writing her dissertation, for a Ph.D in somatic psychology.
