Night Has Fallen is the story of four lifelong friends steered into adulthood by the impending marriage of their most reluctant member. As a grand farewell to their youth, the boys, now in their late 20s, plot an adventure to the furthest reaches of the Canadian north with no prior knowledge of what it means to test the natural and savage elements of the world.

About the Author:
By day Shawn Parker is a wilderness survival expert in the same tradition as Paul Bunyan and Shaft. He has been known to wrestle grizzly bears to a draw, crack turtle shells with his bare hands and crawl inside a living moose for warmth. By night Shawn is a screenwriter, author and photographer originally from Ontario, Canada. Shawn has spent the last few years traveling far and wide in search of inspiration, with his photographic adventures taking him across Canada and the USA, Europe, Asia, Oceania and South America. His work has been published in Lonely Planet, Conde Nast, Asian Geographic, Escape Magazine, Groove Magazine, Reader s Digest, American Cowboy and more. Some of his more interesting stories have been translated into different languages, none of which he can actually read. Additionally, Shawn was nominated for a PATA Gold Award in destination journalism, though he lost in record fashion.
