I founded Harvest Performance to bring the human touch to our very busy lives of hitting goals, delivering on time, on budget and within specs. Cultivating trust & collaboration requires being present with another human being and I support people and organizations by developing holistic performance improvement programs that benefit individuals, educational communities, organizations and the world.

My degrees in Communications and Education are the foundations for my passions. 

I received Awards of Excellence from the International Society of Performance Improvement in 2003 & 2011 for Outstanding Instructional Interventions - demonstrated improvement at four levels: reaction, learning/confidence, application of skills/knowledge, & impact to organization. I have also received the 2017 Award of Excellence for Outstanding Human Performance Communication for my Ken Blanchard approved book, The Apple in the Orchard: a story about finding the courage to emerge as a leader.

Since 2006, I have travelled the globe facilitating & coaching trainers through my suite of Train-the-Trainer programs. I have been focused on modeling vital facilitation skills that guarantee learning & inspire change & emergence.

I speaks on the topics of leadership, feedback, evaluation and living systems as models for meaningful connection at work and I teach graduate students in the department of Educational Technology at Concordia University. I also teach communication and leadership courses at the School of Continuing Education at McGill University.

I am grateful to have seen a small part of the world through my work and to have met people from various cultures - they have all contributed to where I am now. I am now also collaborating with schools & school boards and advocating for young leaders and those that support them.
