About the Author:
"Ramesh B. Rudani (M Com., DCS, Ph.D.) is an Associate Professor at N. R. Vekaria Institute of Business Management Studies, Junagadh (Gujarat). He is also a visiting faculty in several institutes like Junagdh Agricultural University (ABM courses), NRV MBA Institute, etc. In addition, he works as a resource person for employee training programmes. With more than 20 years’ academic experience, Dr Rudani teaches courses on General Management, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, and Marketing Management, at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has actively contributed in framing syllabi for various management courses across institutions. He has also overseen the practical training of students (internship) in different areas of management. Dr. Rudani has authored Management and Organisational Behaviour, which has been well received by faculties and students.
