John Kerry and Teresa Heinz Kerry introduce their environmental policies by providing examples of the dangers facing the environment and the solutions that concerned people have found. They also criticize President Bush's policies at the same time. The Kerrys don't narrate their own book, a decision that disappoints in two respects. First, listeners don't get the chance to hear how potential presidential candidate John Kerry presents his views in the longer form of an audiobook. Second, Dick Hill overemotes at times, making the criticisms less effective. While emphatic, Hill's narration isn't the stirring call to action that the Kerrys intended.
